Stockholm: Peacock Dinner Club

The Peacock first spread its wings in Göteborg, on Sweden's west coast; the new Stockholm outpost features two bars, walls that shift color, seats upholstered in golden fabric, and carpets patterned with the club's namesake's feathers. Until 11 P.M., it serves Asian food--from sashimi to sublime gyoza dumplings with snow crab and salmon--and DJs play until 3 A.M. Cocktails come with an Asian twist, as in the Pomegranate Saketini, the ginger martini, and the yuzu cocktail. The age restriction (no one under 23) and a location removed from Stockholm's party animal haunts means a more professional crowd.
