New York City's "Third Night"

This winter, NYC & Company will launch its "Third Night" promotion. At nine luxury hotels, visitors will get a complimentary third night free after booking and paying for two consecutive nights. Not too shabby when you're talking about Jumeirah Essex House, Loews Regency, the London NYC, the New York Palace, the Sherry-Netherland Hotel, Trump International Hotel & Tower, the Plaza, the Waldorf Towers, and the Carlyle. (The promotion runs from January 9 to February 27.)

What's more, Saks Fifth Avenue has signed on for the Third Night program, too. The flagship store in Manhattan will offer a VIP shopping package to Third Night guests including personal shopping in the Fifth Avenue Club, deals on any regularly priced purchases made, and complimentary coffee and dessert in Saks Fifth Avenue's Café SFA.
