How To Win Your Dream Trip

070118_dreamtrip_1

By Wendy Perrin

Conde Nast Traveler subscribers already know about this, but the rest of you may not . . . and, believe me, you should: You can win not just any old dream trip, but YOUR DREAM TRIP, CUSTOM-TAILORED TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS BY ME, if you register for the magazine's 20th Anniversary Contest. After we pick the winner, I personally will be making all the trip arrangements and using every resource and strategy at my disposal to make it as perfect as can be . . . .

Here's a tip about registering: When describing your dream trip, let your imagination go. A few of the great trip descriptions that have come in so far:

"I would like to return to the South Pacific and visit some of the less developed islands to learn about their traditional art forms. I am a ceramic artist and make masks inspired by Oceanic and African art."

"I was born in Wurzburg, Germany, where my parents lived for a couple of years before I was born. We left when I was very young, but I grew up hearing about the castles and the rivers, about living above a bakery, riding the train, seeing puppet shows and flowers everywhere, skiing at Garmisch, borrowing a friend's Mercedes and driving all over the countryside . . . . So I'd like to celebrate my 50th birthday in '07 touring  Germany."

"My dream trip is to live like a high roller in Morocco. I want to dine in the best restaurants and have my own private yacht, with plenty of cash to spare for hitting the casinos."

Can't wait to hear about your dream trip! (Yes, I'll be reading ALL the entries. And logging onto 43 Folders to learn how to get everything done in my life without medicating myself.)
