This rainy New York City summer just started looking a lot sunnier--for visitors, at least: Eight luxury hotels are offering a third night free for stays from July 1 through Labor Day (September 7). The participating hotels are: The Carlyle (a Condé Nast Traveler Gold List property), Jumeirah Essex House, Loews Regency Hotel, The London NYC, The New York Palace, The Plaza, The Sherry-Netherland, and the Waldorf Towers.
