Since Condé Nast Traveler's airmail column doesn't get reproduced online, which means I can't link to it, I've reproduced the letters below. First up, feedback from someone who wanted to use her frequent-flier miles to book a complicated international itinerary and needed help getting the max out of her mileage:

"Although I usually prefer to travel in the spring and fall, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to book a Seabourn cruise on sale. We just got back from a new Villa Vacation Rental in Puerto Vallarta which was incredible. Got awesome discounts of 50% off for their grand opening.
