Great Travel Moment

I started off my day in an awful mood, as we climbed the mountain the air had gotten colder and I wasn't dressed for the weather. The ATV ride didn't help, too many steep climbs and dust blowing in my face. But when I got to the top the guide told us a story about the trees that used to grow there, the vast amounts of trees, cut down in a horrible deforestation. It really awakened my eyes to how destructing humans are to nature, and then I could truly appreciate that moment with my family and what was left of the beauty of the island.
