Great Travel Moment

This photo was taken during my first trip to Italy. I fell in love with the wonderful medieval town of Siena. I fell even harder for the town's Duomo. I loved all of the cathedrals I visited in Italy, but this one is my favorite. Everything about it is spectacular, especially the interior. Such an incredible variety of materials (marble, wood, gold, to name a few) and types of art (painting, sculpture, carvings, tile inlay) are a part of this structure. And then there is the library, which contains illuminated manuscripts and paintings that reach the ceiling. The whole experience for me was very emotional and brought me closer to my faith.
