Great Travel Moment

My husband and I vacationed in the gorgeous Riveria Maya, Mexico in 2005. After a whirlwind week of exploring the ruins at Tulum, discovering XCaret and snorkeling through Cenotes, we dedicated our last day to laying like slugs on the beach.As I gazed past my sugar-sand coated feet at the azure blue waters of the ocean, I took the time to absorb the sound of the gentle waves lapping the shore beneath my chair, the aroma of sweet saltwater and the comforting sun warming my skin. I snapped this shot right then, not realizing that all of those sensory things I was experiencing would forever be preserved...in all things....a picture of my feet"hanging ten"! Of the 200+ pictures I took of this vacation, not one of them brings back the full emotion and memory of exactly how I felt like this one. Hang Ten!!
