Great Travel Moment Recently, we spent five days in Sent, Switzerland. Sent and neighboring Tarasp are near the Austrian border. We participated in ice bowling, sledding at unprecedented speed and skiing in picturesque landscape. While sledding, we were struck by the locals and their charm. Crowded with skiiers and hikers alike, the locals were welcoming and friendly. The quaint towns were a reprieve from the metropolitan area of Chicago.Sent is known for their Roman baths, and after visting you can see why. Their magnitude and options of salt water, jets, cool dunk and warm hot tubs overlooking the Alps make them a stop you can not miss. Skiing in sent, staying in a home with the locals and participating in activities that the residents in Sent enjoy was a once in a lifetime experience and one we will not forget._________________________________________________________________ |
