Great Travel Moment

My wife and I have always wanted to take the"mail boat" up the coast of Norway. When Elderhostel offered a northbound Christmas trip, we jumped at it. We were concerned about the weather and the darkness. Both were not a problem. The Norway coast was beautiful in the winter and the weather was great. Our shore trips were very informative. The only thing we regretted was missing the aurora borealis because of overcast skies. At our next opportunity, we plan on taking the southbound trip during the summer.In the picture, we are at the North Cape in Norway - it was snowing - and it was 1:30 in the afternoon. We loved it!
