While on a dive trip to Isla del Coco, I quickly fell in love with the verdant green island that lies hundreds of miles off the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. But, it was the circus of life under the seas that was most amazing. Seemingly an ocean vista teeming with toothy predators, the hammerhead sharks went counter reputation and proved to be particularly timid. We, literally, had to hide in the rocks and hold our breath to coax them in close for a good shot. If you use your imagination, you can almost see a look of surprise.
