In White Sands National Monument, everything is so white it looks like chalk or snow. But it is so hot you think that you are at the beach wanting to go inside the ocean. There is no water to be found. If anything you start to imagine water like an oasis. It is so nice to go there and see the animals and plants. At night you can see so much of the sky and the ground reflects so much from the moon because it is so white.
