Great Travel Moment

In a small, outlying market in Chengdu, China, I came across this man smoking a cigar with friends on a rare sunny spring day after a long, brutal winter. I don't speak Chinese beyond numbers and greetings, but this man's wide smile connected with mine and he graciously puffed away for my camera! Travel is about connecting with people and this photo represents a momentary connection that I will always remember.
