Great Travel Moment The vibrant colors of the Caribbean are calling me home. The tropical green folage blows gently in the breeze against the colorful buildings. This is my vision of the beautiful Caribbean. I have this photo as my desktop background. Each morning when I flip on my laptop, this is what I see. I long to be there, I close my eyes and dream for a moment. I can hear the gentle breeze blowing, the sweet smell of the air. I hear the Caribbean Tree Frogs singing their evening lullaby. I'm there..aahhh. Then my phone rings and once again my work day has begun. Reality. The best thing about this photo is that seeing it every morning inspires great discipline. I can walk past those "oh so cute shoes" in the shopping mall and save my hard earned dollar to return to the Islands that I love so much. |
