Great Travel Moment

This was my 4th trip to Paris but the first time I've been there in the winter. It was a Sunday. With most the shops and Markets closed we headed for the Marais District where shops are open on Sunday. We had no idea that there was a large outdoor market going on and had a great time watching Parisans pick and choose the best. This picture shows two shoppers in their element doing what they have probably been doing for decades. Obvioulsy one needs the opinion of the other before purchasing dried fish. Food is sooo important to the French.
