Great Travel Moment

I'm told this is the biggest Buddha in the world. On the upper reaches of the Yantgze River in China, in the Sichuan province near Mt. Emeishan is this stone Buddha. We were in the middle of the Yangtze with the waters swirling about us when we came around a turn and there it was. What a spectacle. With people climbing all about, it was simple to get a perspective on its size. What a statement about what humans will do to visualize their spirituality...even in China.
