Great Travel Moment After a 30 minute hike the view was worth it. I finally reached Piazza Michelangelo situated on a hill on the south bank of the Arno River, just east of the center of Florence. This moment was very special because it was serene and it gave me the chance to sit alone and reflect upon the magnificence of Florence. Piazza Michelangelo was designed in 1869 by Poggi, it offers a great view of the city and a relaxing atmosphere I wanted to capture what I felt at this moment, I looked around and there it was a copy of David in the midst of the Piazza. I took my camera and focused all my attention in order to capture the essence of this moment. I savor everything that comes with this moment, tranquility, peace, beauty, independence and a sense of adventure. |
