Great Travel Moment

It was a dark and stormy night. Not. But, it felt like the beginning of a good mystery as I x-country skied beneath a group of trees that blocked out the quickly dropping afternoon sun. I took this picture and then realized that I needed to ski just a little bit quicker to get back to the Nordic center before dusk. Imagination can run wild on a cold and snowy day, and I was beginning to feel the quiet around me.
