Great Travel Moment After a 300 ft. abseil dropping into an underground cave in Waitomo, New Zealand I took this picture trying to capture the light from the sink-hole above. We hiked underground through narrow tunnels and through an eel infested underground river for hours before climbing back to the surface. The highlight was seeing a cave full of blue twinkling lights that were glow-worms trying to attract dinner in the darkness. This adventure was one of many during the trip of a lifetime with my husband through Australia and New Zealand. |
