Great Travel Moment While I was studying and teaching in Aranmula, a village in Kerala, India, every day was full of new surprises. On this particular day, I walked outside and discovered that all of the children in town had dressed up as Krishna for Lord Krishna's birthday and were marching in a parade down to the local temple. The children used colorful foil for crowns and flutes and were absolutely delightful to watch. The best part was seeing some of my students and their siblings in the parade. |

I liked the colors and way that you seemed to capture the essence of the parade.
