Great Travel Moment While in the market near Yu Gardens in Shanghai my family decided to get me a watch. We followed one of the kids who had pictures of watches down the local streets behind Yu Gardens. He knocked on a plain blue door and gave a password to get us in. My wife, son and daughter followed me as we went inside to see watches, purses, sunglasses and shirts on the walls. We negotiated some pretty good prices but my wife did not find the sunglasses she wanted. We then followed a local through the back streets, knocking on doors. This is one of the pictures I took of the locals. Notice the clothes drying outdoors and the older gentleman in the lawn chair. |
