Great Travel Moment

This pictures is from a 1st annual sister's reunion trip to St. John USVI. I and one sister live in Massachusetts--the other moved to St. John 5 years ago. I am a yoga teacher and all through the trip my sister from Mass dared me to strike particular yoga poses in different beautiful locals. Later, they became a souvenier calendar of our trip. The three of us sat and talked and laughed on Honeymoon beach waiting for sunset. Once the sun began to set, the nosiums came out and their bites were forocious! Still, we really wanted to savor the moment and see the sun go down--so we persisted. My sister shot this photo of me in 5 pointed star. It not only reminds me of my lovely visit with my sisters; but has also become the logo for my yoga therapy business and inspired my motto "Shakti Wellness Yoga bringing new horizons to health and wellness". To me it represents feeling whole in nature and interconnected to all.
