Great Travel Moment

In Cambodia, much like in Thailand, each day of the week has a corresponding color. This exhibit is located in one of the buildings at The Royal Palace in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I took a special interest in this display because I went to the palace unaware, that like in Thailand, one cannot enter the palace in shorts and a tank top. So, I had to rent a thick skirt about the length of these pants to wear for the day in the sweltering heat. I looked a mess, but managed to make it through the palace with only half a dozen stares from other visitors much wiser than myself. After this experience, I know exactly what it⿿s like to dress up for the Royal Palace!
