Great Travel Moment

Even a few years after Thailand was hit by one of the worst natural disasters in history, I could not help but look out at the water and be reminded of the devastation that occurred. On my visit to Phuket in 2007, I strolled along the beach watching the waves crash up against the shore, taking in the grandeur of the beauty that surrounded me. To me, these children playfully running along the water⿿s edge represented the hope and future of Phuket.
