Great Travel Moment

A few years ago I traveled to Ecuador and spent some time in the mountain town of Otavalo, nestled between two volcanoes. Otavalo is famous because the Otavalans still wear their traditional dress and it is known for its market. In the morning on my way to the market I encountered this woman who was carrying a chicken. I asked if I could take a picture and she posed for me. The market itself is full of beautiful colors and unique objects but the woman and her chicken stood out the most.
