Great Travel Moment What more does Goa offer than beaches and parties.?Spice plantations and back waters like kerala India.See this place ,reach it when you drive up the hills -yes hills in east Goa as you approach Ponda.DRive up and reach this place with lake and a spice planatation and matching food and oils spices etc. on offer. We spent some time seeing a Elephant being washed and enjoyed the atmosphere so different from the sea side food shacks and great beaches of Goa.This floating water platform bridge on drums takes you to a wood and coconut grove type of settings from where they launch you inside greenest spice plantations growing cashew nuts,coconuts,pepper,elaichi-cardamom,nutmeg ,cinnamon etc.The greenery was reflected in the water body too as this serpentinne lake weaved its way between hills. |
