Great Travel Moment During the summer of 2007, we traveled with our daughter Alyssa, to celebrate her departure to college as a poetry student, to Hong Kong, Beijing and Macau. We were particularly interested in scenery and restaurants and fun markets. She was interested in street signs and temples. Man Mo, in Hong Kong, was for her the most amazing as it honored the God of Literature and was filled with a smoky mystery. She took us through many other temples in Hong Kong and Beijing that were more imposing or historical, but nothing approached the atmosphere and intrigue of Man Mo. |
