Great Travel Moment While exploring Anguilla's many pristine white beaches and boutique hotels, I stumbled onto one of the its more spectacular ones and unusual, Cove Castles in Shoal Bay West. These glistening, white, sculptured but futuristic looking castles took my breath away. They looked unreal on the beach, as if they belonged on the moon or Captain Kirk was going to beam down any minute. I was spellbound, particularly as the beach was deserted. The spell was only broken when this lone figure strolled into my view. Later found out these Castles were designed by Award-winning New York Architect, Myron Goldfinger. Too bad his last name was not Moonraker. |
