Great Travel Moment

This photo was taken in Dharmasala, India. I had rented a small cottage near the beginning of the mountains, and I woke up early in the morning and took this photo right outside my front door. This wasn't the first time I had seen mountains before, but this was my very first overseas trip, and the first photo I took so it has special meaning. I was really nervous travelling by myself to a place so far away from what was familiar, but this made it worth every moment of the experience. It was fairly cool that morning, and the air was crisp and clean. It will always stand out in my mind as a "first" for me, and hopefully not the last, considering how magnificent it was. It was simply breathtaking.
