Great Travel Moment

I won a trip to Hong Kong and China on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship Sun Viking in 1997. My sister, mother and I went on the vacation to China. We flew on the British Airways Concorde Jet for free, normally cosing $9,000 dollars a seat! We were the only 3 people on the Concorde not to have laptop computers with us. China was a dream vacation as we saw the Great Wall of China, the Forbidden City, Tiannamen Square and awesome Shanghai, and other beautiful cities as well as magical Hong Kong. The food on the ship was superb, and as Americans we savored the fact that we were on the other side of the world! We saw neatly dressed Chinese school children performing music. We loved walking into a huge Buddha statue on a hill and touring the inside.Shanghai had futuristic architecture! The memories will last forever!
