Great Travel Moment

I love the turquoise sea of the Caribbean. Growing up in California, you believe that the ocean is cold and deep blue everywhere. Yes it is beautiful in it's own right, but it is the beautiful Caribbean Sea that I long for. Over the years I had viewed beautiful pictures of the Caribbean, but it was not until I was 40 years old that I finally was able to plunge into the warm turquoise waters. I often wonderned why the Pacific Ocean didn't look like this. Well, in a recent drive down the California Coast, I found the turquoise blue sea that I always wondered about. Here it was right in my own back yard, located just a short distance from Big Sur, California. So if you are longing for the beauty of the Caribbean Sea and can't get there, take a drive down the California Coast and you will be amazed!
