Great Travel Moment

I keep coming back to Paris. Over the years, I have exhausted the tourist sites and now want very little to do with them. For me, Paris is all about the local scene and ducking the tour busses. Whether kicking around the now Middle-Eastern neighborhood of Belleville, striking up conversation over a Stella in Montmartre or watching the day lazily drift by at a café in the Marais, Paris is better explored sans map. The beauty of this city lies not only in its' architectural legacies but in the smiles and often sarcasm of its people.
