Great Travel Moment

This memory is special to me as it captures what I think of as the 'real' Dominica. No hotels, no tourist bars & restaurants, no T-shirt shops, simply a place where regular Dominicans live & work. I like the church steeple, the corrugated steel buildings, the style of the houses, the luxuriant mountains in the background, the fishing boats, basically everything, the sum of the parts. The photo is of a small fishing village roughly 5 miles south of Roseau, on the SW corner of Dominica.
