Great Travel Moment

My good friend Winn (right) came to visit me at the end of my time studying in France. We are ice skating in the Eiffel Tower here, and it was Christmas Eve. We had such an amazing time in Paris. I didn't need a winter coat in southern France while I was studying, so I had to layer many sweatshirts in chilly Paris! After ice skating, we toured the city and even went to the church service at Notre Dame that night. The city of lights is even more amazing with holiday decorations added to the sparkle. We spent two weeks traveling around France and Germany, and I couldn't have picked a better friend to go with. Europe has an exciting feel for any American, as our country doesn't have the lengthy history European countries do.
