Great Travel Moment While visiting the big island of Hawaii it didn't take us long to discover the natural beauty that makes the island the second most visited island in the Hawaiian Islands. One side of the island is covered in black remains from volcanic activity, and it seldom rains, keeping that land barren and seemingly lifeless. The other side of the island, however is a rich tropical rainforest that is home to many unique species of animlas only found here. Only 1 road goes through this part of the island, so mother nature's beauty comes out in full color. I can still see the waterfall tumbling down into the ocean, and hear the noises of the birds in the trees. Summed in one word: Beautiful. |
