Great Travel Moment

I love this picture for many reasons. The tree is beautiful and grand. Looking up at it makes me feel awe and wonder about nature and reverence for the planet. I savor this meeting with the tree also because it reminds me of a once in a lifetime day: swinging through a forest of beautiful trees like this one, a massage on the beach, meeting a baby elephant, and a wonderful dinner with friends - on a once in a lifetime trip to faraway, exotic, tropical Thailand, to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband during the coldest days of Minnesota. This photo inspires feelings of joy and appreciation - both for the experience of the journey and the sweetness of all that is home.
