Great Travel Moment

This photo was taken in the textiles souk in Fez, Morocco. We went there expecting to see rug salesmen and women at looms, sights that are not all that uncommon in the medina. Instead, we turned a corner and were greeted by this vibrant display of freshly dyed yarn hung to dry in the afternoon sun. Children stood nearby, spinning yarn from one side of the street to the other on handheld looms.
