Great Travel Moment This photo is above the San Juan Mountains in Colorado. My husband, Keith, snapped this shot on our flight home from our honeymoon spent in Dunton, Colorado. The twin-prop plane was so small we had to sit across from one another & couldn't talk because it was so loud. It was the first self-reflective time we had since our wedding. We both looked out our windows in awe. The day was perfect- crisp & bright. The mountains wore an amazing gleam, such natural beauty- the very reason we celebrated our wedding out West. It was a stunning view. Keith captured this image from his window, aptly grasping the prop in full motion and the majestic mountains lying below. It is the kind of beauty I truly feel our new marriage carries, as if to say: "the terrain might be a little rocky sometimes, but it's a real thing of beauty." |
