Great Travel Moment

In Jan '09, I took my autistic son, Joey, who loves all kinds of animals to the Ano Nuevo California State Park to witness the "breeding season" of the Elephant Seals off the coast of California, between Santa Cruz and Pescadero. It always bring me joy to bring some kind of happiness to my "special needs" son, who's social life is very limited. We were able to walk along the beach within a few yards of the wonderful seals. Anytime I can bring some sort of wonderful experience to my son's autonomous world is just a joy for me. I want to fill his memory with all the wonders of the world!
