Great Travel Moment

This was taken at the "Munchen Haus" during Autumn Leaf Festival in Leavenworth Washington State, USA. The whole town is in a German / Bavarian theme from the foods, beers, to the remodeled buildings. It is set in an alpine mountain view and you really feel like you are in Germany! It was special to me to find musicians and Bands playing all over town, realy lively polka music and fun. It seems all the shop keepers are very friendly and willing to help you with anything. A short three block walk through town will take you past the scenic hills, golf course, goats grazing on the hillside, a trio playing Alpen Horns in the morning dawn, an "all you can eat" pancake breakfast with sausage, eggs, ham etc. A parade of horses, wagons, floats and entertainers, accordions, and much more. I can still taste the many different sausage and mustards from the Munchen Haus grill!
