Great Travel Moment In December 2007, I was on the beach watching a beautiful sunset that ended the shortest day of the year, the Winter Solstice. As I stood there with my camera, a group of tourists slowly wandered past me on horseback. It was a sublime moment; the air was 75 degrees, there was a gentle breeze, and the sky put on a fantastic show. |
