Great Travel Moment Our 12-year old son, Kevin, found himself to be quite a novelty in China, with strangers routinely rubbing his blond head or maneuvering themselves into pictures with him. On our very first day, when we were standing in Tiananmen Square, a young mother surprised Kevin by thrusting her adorable young child into his arms while her husband snapped a photo. Fortunately, I was in the process of taking a picture myself and turned just in time to catch Kevin's bemused expression. What a special experience we had as we viewed China through the eyes of our young son. |
