Great Travel Moment India is so vast, so varied, so fascinating that no single image can possibly hope to capture the essence of the nation. That said, this image, of a man showing off a camel for possible sale, as the sun sets over the Great Desert at Pushkar, seems, to me, to literally "smell" of India. Of several hundred images I've made of that wonderful place, this is one of my favorites. |
