Great Travel Moment

This showstopping picture was taken on my once in a lifetime honeymoon in South Africa (actually at Singita, an unbelievable hotel and a Conde Nast favorite). We had been watching this leopard stalking some springbok, and she had just given up the game. She climbed up on the tree for just a moment, but posed like she was a movie star waiting for her closeup! Even more amazing, my husband managed to snap the photo with our less than special camera. That evening continued with enjoying some wine under the most glorious blanket of stars I've ever seen. Whenever I look at this photo, which I now have framed by the bed, it reminds me just what a lucky girl I am, both to have had such an experience, but also to be married to my wonderful husband.
