Great Travel Moment

My husband and I are in our early 60's. We hiked across the Haleakala Crater for almost 9 hours before we arrived at our cabin. It was a difficult trek, he had his camera equipment, so I got to carry the food, water, my sleeping bag, and jackets. We are active seniors, but we had no idea how difficult it would be. The sunset from the top of the volcano was worth the hardship. We are planning to do other trails in the future!
