Great Travel Moment

A beautiful January day in Florence! I had the earliest ticket available to visit the Uffizi and had the gallery to myself! i was able to take in the art at my own pace with no crowds. As if that wasn't enough, I found this view of the Ponte Vecchio and Arno River from the third floor! Although I normally do not like taking pictures through glass, I could not resist this view! As soon as I left the Uffizi, I walked to and over the bridge, and although I took many more and probably better pictures, this shot is still my favorite!
