Great Travel Moment If you get the chance to visit Glacier National Park beware because you might want to stay there forever. I spent many summer vacations visiting family in a small town in southern Alberta. We made it a point on our trips to visit the little village of Waterton. We often took a boat ride across Waterton Lake which is part of the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park. In all the years my family made this trek we never tried our hand on the Montana side of Glacier National Park. We decided it was time. I fell in love as we traveled on the Going-to-the-Sun Road over Logan Pass. There were more breathtaking views and vistas then I could capture with my camera or my mind?s eye. If your passport is expired and Canada refuses to let you in try Montana and you just might get lost in that Big Sky! |
