Great Travel Moment My parents and I drove down to Nova Scotia in November of 2008, to visit my relatives. It had been about 4 years since last I was there. Hurtle Beach brings back fond memories of when I was a child and we used to go to a wonderful little seafood restaurant there. The restaurant has long been gone as it is more of a historic site now. Between the parking lot and the beach, you can walk along a boardwalk. On the boardwalk, people can donate money in the preservation of the beach and have a dedication put on each of the planks on the boardwalk. As long as people keep coming to this beach and noticing the undisturbed natural beauty that has not been affected by the hustle and bustle of the great cities around the world, this beach will always be beautiful. This beach will always hold a dear place in my heart with lots of fond memories |
