Great Travel Moment

This spindly-legged girl caught my attention when I was visiting the Birch Aquarium in San Diego, California. Completely rapt, she is intently lost in the world on the other side of the glass, a barrier which seems to be exquisitely transcended at the touch of her hand. For me, this scene was more fascinating than any of the exotic fish I could have encountered.
