Great Travel Moment My first time in Key West, Florida my friend and I were on spring break and decided to book a kayaking trip ahead of time, before we were even in Florida. They only had one day available that we could go kayaking, since we only had two days in the Keys. I've always wanted to see a manatee in real life and in their natural habitat, since I am going to school for Environmental Studies/Wildlife Science. Before we went kayaking, someone's dog was acting funny and barking at something in the water. Went to go and check it out and it ended up being a manatee. For the first time in my life I was able to see a beautiful creature in it's own environment and get this picture of it looking up at us. It was one of the best days of my life and I was glad that I was able to have the chance to go to Key West. |

OK technically this is not the most dramatic travel photo but I gave it 5 stars because Manatees are one of my favorite animals in the world and your story is great.
